Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is excellent for clients wanting rid of muscular aches and pains, and tension, as this involves deeper movements. This encourages waste removal through lymphatic drainage.

Indian Head massage

This treatment can be carried out under or over the clothes.  It incorporates the top of the back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face. Excellent for clients who suffer migraine, sinusitis, headaches or stress.  Great for improving skin tone, hair condition, concentration and the appearance of cellulite.

Hot stone massage promotes deeper relaxation, increases circulation, releasing toxins. Calms the nervous system, alleviating stress, anxiety and tension. Helps with insomnia and depression
